Reporter Cell Lines
Glycan is involved in a variety of cell physiologic events which caused by the cell signaling. Exogenous glycan then can mimic the endogenous glycan to interfere with these signaling. Then the reporter cell lines are good tool to investigate the bioactivity of glycan including immunoadjunction, anti fibrolisis, etc.
